Bronwyn Pearce is the CEO at CCI where her robust passion for communication and visionary leadership is seen through the strategic management and support she provides. She has a passion for gender equality and is active in her support for Women’s Rights. She is an accomplished public speaker who has presented on health communication and change management at several conferences both nationally and internationally. She holds a Masters in Management Degree (with distinction), in the field of Public and Development Management from the University of the Witwatersrand’s Graduate School of Public and Development Management.

She has worked in the area of social and behavioural change communication (SBCC) for the past twenty years where she has provided strategic leadership to several ground-breaking strategic communication and community programmes, including ZAZI, Scrutinize, Brothers for Life, Intersexions, 4Play: Sex tips for Girls and We Beat TB!, Asibinisane and Zenzele. Bronwyn has extensive experience in management and capacity building of governments, NGO partners and Community Based Organisations in South Africa.
